These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between CHISHI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "CHISHI Tech", "we", "us" or "our") and you. They govern your use of our games, mobile applications, websites, related software, online services, customer support and in-game content (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing or using the Services, or by creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and parental permission

You must be old enough to use the Services under the laws where you live. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services. Do not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Account security

You may need to create or connect an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, transferred, shared or traded.

3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial entertainment and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, hacks, mods or unauthorized third-party software; interfere with the Services or other players; attempt to gain unauthorized access; buy, sell or transfer accounts or game content outside the Services; submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; harass other users; or use the Services for fraud or any illegal purpose.

4. Enforcement, suspension and account bans

We may investigate suspected violations. To protect the Services, players and our rights, we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate your account or access to the Services when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the safety and fairness of the Services. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Serious security, fraud, cheating or safety risks may require immediate action.

Suspension or termination does not entitle you to compensation, restoration of game progress or refunds, except where required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment platform.

5. Paid digital content and subscriptions

The Services may offer battle passes, subscriptions or other paid digital content. Any such content is provided to you on a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable basis for use only within the Services. It may not be redeemed, transferred or resold unless we expressly permit it or applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change, manage or discontinue game content, features, prices or availability, including where necessary for security, balance, legal compliance or operation of the Services. We will not make material changes to a paid subscription without any notice or consent required by applicable law or the relevant app store.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorized platform are billed and processed by that platform. The platform's terms, payment rules and refund process apply in addition to these Terms. You should request a refund through the platform from which the purchase was made.

Except where required by applicable law, the platform's policy, or where we determine that a purchase was unauthorized or not delivered as promised, purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable after the content has been delivered or used. We do not provide cash refunds for consumed digital content, account penalties or loss of access caused by a violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your platform account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing or cancelling a subscription through the applicable app store. Your cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or approved by the platform.

7. Privacy and data security

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no online service or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Account and personal-data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by using our Account Deletion Request page or contacting us at the address below. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, accounting or enforcement of these Terms. Deleting an account may permanently remove game progress and access to paid content; please consider this carefully before submitting a request.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Services, including games, software, artwork, characters, music, text, trademarks, logos and other content. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from or publicly display the Services except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

10. User content and feedback

If you submit content, suggestions or feedback to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so. To the extent needed to operate, improve and promote the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, display and use that content. Do not submit confidential information or content that violates another person's rights.

11. Third-party services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms, advertising networks, payment providers and social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or practices.

12. Service availability and changes

We may update, maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when required by applicable law. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHISHI Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or game progress arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
